Rates are per person and depend on the season. The Day Cruise Plan is ₹700 - ₹1,000 per person, the Night Stay Plan is ₹700 - ₹1,200 per person, and the Overnight Stay Plan is ₹1,000 - ₹2,000 per person.
Boarding is at Punnamada Finishing Point, Alappuzha, Kerala 688006. Please carry a valid government-approved photo ID, as all guests must present one when boarding.
The Day Cruise Plan is a 6-hour backwater cruise, either 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a traditional Kerala lunch. The Night Stay Plan runs from 5:30 PM to 9:00 AM the next day, with a sunset cruise, dinner and breakfast. The Overnight Stay Plan runs from 11:30 AM to 9:00 AM the next day, with a cruise from 11:30 AM to 5:00 PM, then a night at anchor. All plans offer 3-4 bedrooms with attached bathrooms.

No. Houseboats in Alleppey are not allowed to cruise between 5:30 PM and 7:30 AM. The boat stays safely anchored overnight, which prevents accidents and lets local fishermen lay their nets. Night Stay guests get a sunset cruise before docking and a short morning cruise after.

Cancelling 15 or more days before check-in earns a 90% refund, 7 to 14 days earns a 50% refund, and less than 7 days earns no refund. If cruising is stopped by weather warnings or a government boating ban, you get a 100% refund of the deposit or a free reschedule within 12 months. Refunds usually reach your account within 5 to 7 working days.
